Dear Carol Gunkel and All-American Dream Realty.  Thank you so much for all your hard work and energy and time that you put forth in making our families dream come true.  I have never worked with any realtor that worked as hard as you have to complete someone's dream.  It did not matter how many homes we would look at or where the location was.  Your were ready at all times to be there for us.  There is not enough words to express our feelings for everything you have done.  I was just about to give up on buying a home until we came across your company.  All of the other realtors told us we did not have a chanace because of my past, having to file bankruptcy due to a messy divorce.  But you and the mortgage company you used showed us different.  It might have taken a little harder work, but you put the time and effort in it for our family and nobody else would.  I hope we will always stay in touch, because it was the best time in our lives working and dealing with you.  Good luck in the future Carol, we know you will be sucessful.  Thank you so much.
