We want to thank both of you for making our experience in building our new home and selling our old one very enjoyable.  You treated us with professionalism and like friends at the same time.  You were available at any time and encouraged us to call with any questions.  You responded to our calls almost immediately.

Ken,

We appreciated your being very articulate and speedy.  You kept us informed almost daily and held your crews responsible not only during construction but in clean-up too.  We were impressed that your crews respected you for expecting the best out of each of them.  You built our home with pride.

Carol,

We appreciated your patience with us and your willingness to do whatever it took to sell our home.  You remained positive the whole time and were excited at any prospect.  You watched out for us and kept us informed frequently.
